This class is designed to teach you essential kettlebell movements while still offering a challenging and fun workout. Kettlebell proficiency in the swing, clean, press, and squat form the cornerstone of this class. This class will also help you develop a base level of conditioning by combining kettlebells with bodyweight trining, general calisthenics, medicine balls, and power ropes.
This all-encompassing fitness class features high intensity workouts designed to develop total body strength and conditioning through the use of kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, sandbags, power ropes, general calisthenics, plyometric training, medicine balls, and other non-traditional strength implements. This class utilizes full-body, multi-joint movements which not only develop dynamic fitness levels, but fitness levels that carry over to the real world. KETTLEFIT 1.0 is a prerequisite before attending theis class.
